Artist's Comments

Hey guys. it's been a few weeks hasn't it? ^^;
I've had a serious case of artist's block and too much Tegaki in my system. I figured it was high time I posted something really cool. So I came across this tag.

The 1 to 9 heads tall tag!

:bulletblue:1. What's your name?
Fox

:bulletblue:2. What's the proportion of body to head that u usually draw in (heads tall)?
I used 7-8 the most because I typically draw older teens and adults.
I'm known to use 2 a lot for chibis.
But I use all these sizes for differently aged characters.

:bulletblue:3. What's the name of the character you choose to this tag? What's the proportion of his/her body to head?
Gaara from Naruto! He's my favorite to draw besides Asuma and Shikamaru.
Kishimoto looks like he likes to use a 6.5 to 7 proportioning system. But that's just for his teen characters.

:bulletblue:4. While drawing, which proportion do you think is the easiest to draw?
Definitely 6. It's really close how Gaara is really proportioned... I loved drawing 9 though. It's my favorite because he's so manly looking. Lol.

:bulletblue:5. Which proportion do you think is the hardest to draw?
Well, 9 because I hardly ever use that proportioning. (Doesn't mean I didn't like drawing it though!)
And 3 because I just never use that one. I don't like it in particular either.

:bulletblue:Finally, tag 5 people!

Maybe this will help some of you with that art block!

I honestly think that Gaara won't have the gourd te next time we see him. He's pretty much gonna be a wimp now that he doesn't have Shukaku within him. Just a little something that I've been thinking about for a while xD

We see the world flat as the horizon, yet it is actually round, does that mean that every flat line we see is actually slightly curved?

This tag sure is unique and seems fun. ^-^
Awesome drawings!

People don't have to be so antagonistic about Gaara's apparent plight.
Just a little something that I've been thinking about for a while.

Hey, To each his own! This is a really great pic btw. so basically it's proportioning based on head sizes? Very nice way to defeat art block xD
